When you create an account on LAMP, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. During use of the platform, we collect study activity data, content you upload (lectures, notes), and usage analytics to improve your experience.
We use your information to provide and improve the LAMP platform, personalize your study experience, generate AI-powered study materials, track your learning progress, and communicate important updates about the service.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for data management with row-level security policies. Clinical data entered in the Shift Command Center is processed locally and never shared with third parties.
LAMP's clinical tools are designed for educational purposes. While we implement HIPAA-safe practices in our clinical modules, the platform is a study tool and should not be used to store actual patient health information (PHI) from real clinical settings.
We use third-party services for authentication, payment processing (Stripe), and AI functionality. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can export your study materials and delete your account through the platform settings.
