By accessing or using LAMP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. LAMP is operated by LAMP Study, Inc.
LAMP is an AI-powered study platform designed for nursing students. The Service includes lecture transcription, flashcard generation, NCLEX practice exams, clinical tools, and community features. Features may change as we continue to improve the platform.
You must create an account to use LAMP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.
LAMP offers free features and a paid subscription at $24.99/month. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis per our guarantee policy.
You retain ownership of content you upload (lectures, notes, recordings). By uploading content, you grant LAMP a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating study materials. We do not share your content with other users unless you explicitly make it public.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading copyrighted material you don't have rights to, attempting to reverse-engineer the AI systems, sharing your account credentials, or using the platform for non-educational commercial purposes.
LAMP is an educational tool and does not replace professional medical training, clinical supervision, or official NCLEX preparation courses. AI-generated content should be verified against authoritative nursing references. We are not liable for exam outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LAMP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
